Reines Casein von Optimum Nutrition ist im Vergleich zum Whey Protein erheblich cremiger und dickflüssiger. Casein ist das in Quark und Käse am häufigsten vorkommende Protein. Dieses Präparat wird überwiegend kurz vor dem Zubettgehen verwendet oder wenn eine Eiweissversorgung über mehrere Stunden hinweg gewünscht wird. Das 100 % Casein von Optimum Nutrition sichert Ihnen eine zuverlässige Proteinversorgung mit viel L-Glutamin und einem hohen BCAA-Anteil.

Verzehrempfehlung:
33 g (~ 1 gehäuften Messlöffel) in 300 ml kaltes Wasser mischen, bis das Pulver komplett im Wasser gelöst ist.
